Refund & Return Policy
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns on all our items within 7 working days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, the following requirements must be met:
- The item(s) must be in original condition.
- The item(s) must not have been used in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements. Refunds will be issued for the item price, excluding the original shipping cost and return label cost.
ARE RETURNS FREE?
The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to monarrq.com for a refund is not covered or reimbursed by us.
HOW DO I ORGANIZE A RETURN?
To initiate a return, simply email us at info@monarrq.com using the same email address that you used to order the product.
(Please note that we are unable to refund the initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. Return postage costs are also non-refundable.)
Once the items have been received, you will receive your refund for the item price, excluding the original shipping cost.
monarrq.com cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered postal service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WHERE DO I SEND MY RETURN TO?
Once we receive your return request, we will send you an email with the specific address where you need to send the items.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND TO BE PROCESSED?
We strive to process returns as quickly as possible. We aim to respond to your return request within 24 hours. Refunds will be processed through the same method you used to pay and should be completed within 1-6 business days.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED, OR THERE IS A FAULT?
While we hope this never happens, if you receive a damaged item or if a manufacturing fault occurs, please contact us immediately at info@monarrq.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue
